Re:Make Conference is by invitation only.

Re:Make Festival is FREE and open to the general public.
On September 13th, come to shop awesome handmade, innovative, and out of the box goods from makers across the country. Please tell your friends and family to register for the FREE festival here and RSVP to the Facebook event here.

Load-In + Teardown
Loading and unloading will take place in front of the main entrance of the Festival Pavilion. Dollies and pallet jacks will be available for load-in and teardown. Dates and times are listed below. 

*For Sponsors with Conference day activations MUST load-in on Thursday, September 11th. The Re:Make production team will send specific instructions per your activation. If you have any questions in the meantime, please email janetti@brit.co

Friday, September 12th // Early Load-In // 8:30pm-10:30pm (overnight security will be provided)
Saturday, September 13th // Load-In // 8:00am-10:00am 
Saturday, September 13th // Teardown // 6:00pm-8:00pm

Food Permits
If you will be selling food at Re:Make, please make sure that you have filled out the National Park Service’s Temporary Food Permit Application and emailed it to kelly@brit.co BEFORE Tuesday, August 5th. The Brit + Co team will secure the necessary permits for you.  

If you would like to sample food, and are not a registered restaurateur, please let Kelly know immediately.

Booth + Wi-Fi Details
A standard MakeStation is 10’x20’ and will have access to one outlet. Please bring your own power strip if more outlets are required.

A detailed map with booth assignments will be presented by September 1st. Wi-fi is included and details will be provided at check-in.

You will be provided with the following:

  • one 6’ table
  • two 6’ work tables
  • wastebasket
  • one power outlet (bring a power strip if needed)
  • wi-fi

There will be 8’ high x 20’ wide pipe and white drape behind each booth. We will provide your logo printed on fabric to be hung as a backdrop sign. If you would like to submit design requests to be printed in lieu of your logo, please connect with ashley@brit.co for details BEFORE Tuesday, August 5th. If you would like to decorate your station independently, we welcome your creativity.
